What drives the price

Suite spec

You can spend £400 on a decent bath and WC from Screwfix or £4,000 on premium Villeroy & Boch. Same install labour either way.

Tile choice and coverage

Ceramic wall tiles are £15/m². Premium porcelain floor is £40 to £70/m². Large-format (600x300 or 1200x600) adds another 20% to labour because of the handling.

Layout changes

Moving the WC or shower means new soil pipe routes. Adds £600 to £1,400 depending on how far the change goes.

Building fabric

If we open up walls and find rotten timber, damp, or old lead pipework, that is honestly-quoted-extra. We warn you upfront if we suspect it.
