All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are fixed once accepted in writing. If work uncovers unforeseen issues (e.g. structural repair needed under a roof tile), we will pause work and provide a written variation quote before proceeding.
Payment is due on completion by bank transfer or card. For jobs over £1,000 a deposit of up to 25% may be requested to cover materials. Balance is due within 7 days of completion. Late payment incurs interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate.
All workmanship is guaranteed as described in your written quote (typically 5 to 25 years depending on service). Manufacturer warranties on parts run for the manufacturer stated period. Warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner where noted.
You may cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote without charge. Cancellation of a booked job with less than 24 hours notice may incur a callout fee of £60.
We hold public liability insurance to £2 million and professional indemnity insurance. Copies available on request. We are not liable for pre-existing defects unrelated to our work.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
